Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, with the goal of pushing the Touch4IT brand to the next level. Role Responsibilities

Performance marketing:

⎯ Develop and manage marketing/remarketing campaigns across paid, organic, and owned media channels

⎯ Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs

⎯ Identify and test new channels for campaigns

⎯ Manage and optimize online campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

⎯ Set up measurements and events in GA4, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms

⎯ Regularly report on campaign performance and actively seek out and implement innovations in the field of performance marketing

Other agenda:

⎯ Conduct market research and identify media opportunities to increase brand awareness

⎯ Search for opportunities to promote the company

⎯ Measure and provide reports on the success of PR campaigns

⎯ Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement

Requirements

At least 3 - 4 years of performance marketing experience
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedAds, and other analytics tools
Active experience with Google Analytics 4
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledge of current digital trends
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time management abilities

Salary

Salary: from 1 500 EUR per month.

The salary evaluation depends on the experience of the candidates and will be the subject of discussions during the selection process.
